Graduate Analyst
I am an American expat, living and working in Switzerland. As a Jungian analyst, I utilize a unique approach that incorporates symbolism, metaphor, active imagination, meditation, and dream analysis, offering a meaningful exploration of psychological suffering, enabling individuals to gain a deeper understanding of themselves and their life's purpose.
In my practice, I strive to remain faithful to Carl Jung's original work while ensuring it remains relevant to the spirit of the times. My goal is to connect with the unique individuality of my clients, exploring various avenues to facilitate this connection. I often incorporate books, videos, music, art, and sometimes even personal experiences to help people make sense of their symbolic material, as well as foster a deeper understanding of their inner world.
I am passionate about exploring comparative religion, mythology, and fairy tales, not only as avenues for psychological insight but also as a means to uncover the archetypal patterns that offer healing solutions to current challenges.
People start their journey of inner work from numerous points of entry, and I am here to support whichever path best suits my clients. Some people may not have pressing psychological issues but rather seek a deeper understanding of themselves through the lens of their unconscious material. In such instances, we can engage in psychological education from a Jungian perspective or have a dream reading session. These meetings offer insights into how to engage with dreams and unravel their potential meanings. Even for those simply seeking a new direction in life, the unconscious always provides valuable material to work with.
I am available for in-person and online sessions.
I work in English with clients age 17+ (others upon consideration).
