You have your own internal wisdom, and it is trying to speak to you through your symptoms, habits, actions, and reactions. Sometimes it feels as if our lives are being run by the expectations of others. Sometimes our own symptoms seem to control us. Relationship issues, meaninglessness, anxiousness, lack of purpose, lack of motivation, and feelings of shame are some of the symptoms that may appear as a signal from your soul that something needs to change.
It is my goal to support you as you gain more access to, and confidence in, your own internal wisdom.
In addition to Jungian psychology, I am a student of intuitive art making, body-oriented practices, and meditation. I am particularly interested in the ways in which these modalities can help us to see ourselves as we are rather than how we think we should be.
