“Out of difficulties grow miracles.”
~Jean de La Bruyère~

As a Jungian practitioner, I use a depth-psychology modality in therapeutic practice. This approach facilitates connections between one’s everyday awareness and the larger, vaster terrain of the unconscious. This shadowy terrain contains, among other things, parts of the personality which have been disowned, repressed, or cut away. Such aspects can be retrieved and experienced as a renewal of vital life force as we evolve towards increasing wholeness.

When we allow ourselves to be informed by the unconscious, we gain trust in our life process. Pain and problems that once felt overwhelming and insurmountable can become newly observed, appearing as meaningful milestones in our ongoing development. New creative pathways open, which not only enrich our lives and assist in building resilience but also allow for the healing of past wounds and provide direction for the future.
