FREELANCE HR CONSULTANT (10%)

ISAPZURICH is the International School of Analytical Psychology Zurich and offers the world's only full-time training program in Jungian psychology. We seek a candidate who can independently manage HR consulting for this exciting school.

Your role:

• Handling monthly payroll through Bexio and executing year-end responsibilities.
• Tracking absences and monitoring working hours.
• Processing reports for accidents and illnesses while overseeing child and family allowances.
• Reconciling social security contributions and withholding taxes.
• Managing all aspects of personnel administration.
• Drafting amendments to contracts, creating new contracts, and providing employment references.
• Acting as the main point of contact for employees, students, and authorities.
• Obtaining work permits for students from third countries (Non-Swiss, Non-EU)

Requirements:

• Selbständig/Independent status
• Resident with a minimum of a B-permit
• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in HR
• KV apprenticeship or equivalent training
• Computer skills (Mac and Windows), MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience with BEXIO payroll accounting program an advantage
• Independent and structured way of working, organizational skills, accuracy and good communication skills
• Proactive, autonomous, and initiative-taking
• German mother tongue and good knowledge of English
